What a great sight! Enjoy reaping the harvest of your hard work.
Thanks very much, Marita. Still enjoying the smell of that paper!
That must have been an awesome moment. I wish you the best for the release of the book.
Thanks Emma. Yes, it was wonderful – it’s a moment when I’m alone with my books, before the world sees them. Reaching readers is of course the main point, but I enjoyed having them to myself for a while, if that makes sense.
That must be the best parcel you could ever receive.
Yes – it was a great surprise, too, because I didn’t know they’d been sent out. Lovely moment when I opened the box (and was so excited I ripped the cardboard, as you can see!).
Hurrah! They look gorgeous. I should also get to reading it very soon (just one book for Serpent’s Tail in the queue). Really looking forward to it.
Thanks very much! Hope you enjoy it. Trying not to be nervous…

What a beautiful sight!!!!!!!!
Yeah!!! I love getting reviews and seeing the book go out into the world, but the moment when all that work becomes something solid, gets bound up in paper and delivered to me, is really special.
Congratulations, it’s finally out there!
Thanks Delia!! It is a good feeling
